Founded in 2012, Taiber Kosmala & Associates quickly became synonymous with excellence in financial advisory services. Building upon this foundation, we introduced TAIKO™ advisor services in 2022, expanding our offerings to provide a more comprehensive suite of financial solutions. Now, in 2024, we are proud to announce the launch of Taiko Private Wealth, the next evolution of our commitment to excellence in wealth management. Our Founders

Joseph D. Taiber and Phillip J. Kosmala have been in the institutional investment consulting industry for over 25 years. They worked together at two prior consulting firms, acting in several leadership, research, and consulting capacities including roles of Director of Manager Research, Senior Consultant, Chief Compliance Officer, Director of Alternative Investment Research, and Investment Committee Chairman. The pair maintained a national clientele of endowments, foundations, corporate and public defined benefit and defined contribution plans, financial intermediaries, and affluent families

When the time was right, Joe and Phil branched off and established Taiber Kosmala and Associates, LLC, an independent investment consulting firm now advising over $15B in client assets. Taiber Kosmala & Associates creates and implements custom investment programs for institutional clients, financial intermediaries, and family offices.
